JOM BERZUMBA

korg tahu tak apa itu zumba???

A : kereta lumba ke?
B : macam nama kuda jer...
C : macam pernah dengar.

meh cnie cheq nk habaq mai..


zumba ialah satu exercise ataupun boleh dikira sebagai salah satu teknik aerobik..a high-energy Latin and international beat with exotic rhythms. ia antara most successful dance-fittness program..kita menari dan juga exercise in a same time...nice right???

actually zumba masih baru dimalaysia and dah lama terkenal diluar negara..kaaka pernah try zumba ni bila kaaka attend satu kem,instructor yg conduct aerobik ajar kami...at that time,just do and forgot it..like usuall..hehehe..then,kaaka expose about zumba ni bila tonton wanita hari ini..baru tahu this program boleh loss weight dgn cepat...still lagi bt xthu jer..hari ini kaaka ke rumah my classmate sekolah men dulu,she's coming back from australia...just shocked when i see her,a gorgeous one..really pretty..she telling her secret,and apalagi..kaaka teruja yg amat la...pantang bila tahu rahsia nk loss weight nih..huuhuhu

-->kita akan bakar 500-1000 kalori dlm masa sejam

my fren just do it for 4 month and she get the good result..she just to 1 hour zumba,diet with breakfast and lunch..just skip dinner...i'm borrow her DVD,i will try tomorrow..insyALLAH..(^_*)
